The Santa Fe Mountain Center’s Adolescent Outpatient Program and Counseling Services is now accepting referrals for our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Regular Outpatient Program (ROP).

Our outpatient program combines the Seven Challenges Program for adolescent substance abuse with the Santa Fe Mountain Center’s Experiential Adventure Based Resiliency Model. The Seven Challenges model is evidenced based, developmentally appropriate, and trauma informed. After an intake and clinical assessment youth will be appropriately placed in either our IOP or ROP.

Adolescent Outpatient programming will meet multiple times per week for group therapy. Individual and family counseling will also be provided based upon the clinical needs assessment. Monthly therapeutic adventure programming will be included in the IOP and ROP program for youth and their families. The duration of Outpatient Programming is approximately 16 weeks.

All clinical services are conducted by licensed mental health providers.

We accept Medicaid from Blue Cross Blue Shield, Molina, Presbyterian Healthcare Services, and United Behavioral Health

The Santa Fe Mountain Center’s adolescent outpatient services are approved by the Medical Assistance Division of the Human Services Department, and Children, Youth, and Families Department (CYFD).
